Once the plans are ready, our in-house design team takes the reins, guiding you step-by-step through the M House 5 Phases to keep decisions, selections, and budgets organized and enjoyable.

    With your plans and designs in place, our team gets to work turning your vision into reality. We manage every detail of the build coordinating trades, maintaining schedules, and ensuring craftsmanship meets our high standards at every stage. Throughout the process, you’ll have clear communication and dedicated support, so you feel confident and excited as your new home takes shape.
